Brazilian Santos

Brazil is the "800 pound gorilla" of the coffee world as it produces about one third of all the coffee; and, outproduces its next four volume leaders combined!  Sadly, most of the crop is very average (according to Fratelli standards) comprised of robusta and low quality arabica.  But, fear not, Fratelli has again sourced the best from the region around the city of Sao Paulo.  The Santos region is named after the largest port in all of Latin America through which all of Brazil's coffee flows.  

Known for a fine, smooth and mild flavor ... like we said "will please everyone" flavor the Fratelli Santos is also a pick of the litter.  We have had a long relationship with this particular variety and know when to buy...now is a good time.  Our current inventory of green (always roasted and shipped fresh) is some of the best we have seen in years.
