Fratelli current Ethiopian offering is a special crop of Yirgacheffe.  We waited for this "forever" and now it is here and just waiting for you to enjoy.  Fratelli Ethiopian Yirgacheffe is famous for even balance  with a lively acidity...quite amazing.  Another special quality of this coffee variety, and especially the Fratelli selection, is the aroma.  Dare we say "heavenly"? Yes, it is heavenly with a soft perfume of light spring flowers just coming into bloom somewhat dilute by that unmistakeable fresh spring air.   So, anytime you find yourself getting bogged down with coffee flavor trot out this winner and let the experience overwhelm you just like the first day of spring.
