Fratelli Coffee Company is committed to 100% customer satisfaction.  If any Fratelli Coffee Company product does not meet this simple test of "100% Satisfaction" then, please contact us immediately by any means shown on our web site:  phone, email, fax, USPS mail, or chat and we will do one of the following:

1.  Replace the product and ship at no cost to you.
2.  Refund the purchase price less shipping cost
3.  Refund the purchase price and shipping cost
4.  Replace the product and refund the purchase price
5.  Replace the product, and refund the purchase price and the shipping cost.

Fratelli Coffee Company also may request that you return the product in question.  Any such return will be our the expense of Fratelli Coffee Company and must be accompanied by an RMA (Return Material Authorization).  The RMA will be provided at the time that Fratelli Coffee Company requests the return of the product.
 
Fratelli Coffee Company may also request that you retain the product in question and either consume or dispose of as you see fit.
 
Fratelli Coffee Company policies apply to any and all products sold on fratellicoffee.com including any promotional items provided to the customer at no charge.  
 
Unlike other coffee sellers who provide you with some complicated, and we think unreasonable, terms and conditions on any customer satisfaction issue we want this to be easy for you.  Simply, we want you to be happy with each and every Fratelli Cofffee Company product regardless of what it is and how you received it.

Fratelli Coffee Company reserves the right to refuse service to any customer for any reason at any time.  However, such refusal cannot occur until at least one return policy option has been exercised
